If I see a group of kids crowded around in some yard down the street, I probably wont go and confront the whole group of them, telling them how it is dangerous and annoying. They wont listed to me anyways, and I have better things to do with my time. I will draw the line if they set them off on our porch (which they did a couple of times last year) or if they do it after dark underneath Moshe’s window and wake him up (please don’t).
