- Unemployement in Israel is the lowest it has been in 12 years. Say what you want about Bibi – his economic plans (which others denounce as being cruel to people who rely on the government to pay all of their bills) have saved the country from economic ruin (if you want to see what a bad economy is like when there is no good financial plan, vote for Stalin)
- Jacob Richman recently released his most recent Israeli Tech Jobs Survey. I am not the biggest expert at analyzing these things, but it looks like things are going very well for the Israeli tech job market. Some highlights:
- Over the past 12 months, excluding cost of living, 61% of people’s salaries went up, 35% stayed the same
- 90% of people surveyed said that they liked their jobs
- Israemploy.net has opened its doors. They have job listings in lots of different areas (more than just tech). Looks like a good tool for those who need it.
